Prices

All prices at Puppyprints include VAT.

Payment

Payment is made easily and securely via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Diners, Discover and Klarna.

Proofreading before production

We always send out a proof, usually within 1-2 business days, for the customer to approve or request changes before production of the order begins. The customer has the option to request changes.

Proofs that the customer does not approve or request changes to are assumed to be automatically approved 48 hours after they are sent out.

Delivery

All our physical products are normally delivered within 3-6 business days after they are shipped. All digital products are sent immediately via email.

Security & personal data

Your personal data is treated confidentially and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). GDPR is an EU regulation that regulates how personal data may be processed.

The information is stored in our customer register when ordering. No unauthorized person has access to this register. You can read more about the law and your rights on the Swedish Data Protection Authority's website.

We also use your email address to send you newsletters, but only if you have agreed to it. If you no longer want to receive newsletters from us, you can easily unsubscribe from future mailings via a link in the email.

We use cookies.

Complaints 

As all of our products are custom-ordered and created based on the image you upload, we unfortunately cannot offer returns or exchanges.

Have you received the wrong product, for example the wrong size or print? Then we will of course replace it with a new one. In such a case, please contact our customer service and we will help you immediately.

Has damage occurred during transport? You will need to document this with pictures of the damaged shipping packaging. You will also need to notify the shipping carrier upon receipt of the order. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your damaged order.

All complaints regarding damaged or faulty goods must be made within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Complaints should be sent to info@puppyprints.se.

Good to think about

When creating your artwork, we will use the photo you uploaded with your order. If you do not follow our photo guide, we cannot guarantee a high-quality portrait. It is your responsibility to submit a high-quality photo that follows our submission guidelines. Low-quality photos will result in a lower-quality portrait.

Please note that all examples on the website are made from high quality, high resolution photos. Blurry, lower quality photos make it impossible for our design team to produce the high quality finish you see on the website.
