Returns and exchanges
As all of our products are custom-ordered and created based on the image you upload, we unfortunately cannot offer returns or exchanges.
Have you received the wrong product, for example the wrong size or print? Then we will of course replace it with a new one. In such a case, please contact our customer service and we will help you immediately.
Has damage occurred during transport? You will need to document this with pictures of the damaged shipping packaging. You will also need to notify the shipping carrier upon receipt of the order. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your damaged order.
If you have recently placed an order and have changed your mind, you can cancel your order provided that you have not approved the proof sent to you. After the proof is approved, it will go to print and the order can no longer be canceled.
Please note: When creating your artwork, we will use the photo you uploaded with your order. If you do not follow our photo guide, we cannot guarantee a high-quality portrait. It is your responsibility to submit a high-quality photo that follows our submission guidelines. Low-quality photos will result in a lower-quality portrait.
Please note that all examples on the website are made from high quality, high resolution photos. Blurry, lower quality photos make it impossible for our design team to produce the high quality finish you see on the website.
