When can I see the portrait?

Each pet portrait is unique and created digitally by our designers, so they need to customize each uploaded image to create a beautiful portrait.

As soon as you have ordered your portrait, the image will be sent to our design team who will process the image, and within 24 hours we will email you a proof.

You will then have the opportunity to approve the portrait or request changes until you are 100% satisfied. Once the proof is approved, it will be sent to print and delivered to you within 3-5 days.
