No problem!

Before we produce the portrait, you will receive a proof by email for preview. If you are not satisfied with the portrait, you can request changes until you are 100% satisfied. If you are still not satisfied, you can request a refund, provided that the portrait is not approved.

• Proofs are sent within 24 hours (weekdays).
• Approve the proof or request changes until you are 100% satisfied.

Once the proof is approved, it will be sent to print and delivered to you within 3-5 days.
